Troy AI is a reservation ecosystem for hospitality teams. As Founding Product Designer, I led the product from early research to an AI phone-answering host, an iPad management system, and a unified web booking experience.

THE FULL STORY

TROY began as an evidence-led effort to solve a real operating constraint: hospitality teams cannot manage a line, a phone, and a booking book at the same time. Research, prototyping, and live partner feedback repeatedly narrowed the problem. The final direction paired an AI phone host with a shared, iPad-first reservation view that made each change visible and auditable.
